I
AM
I am -- a tiny
speck of motion,
Invisible to
the eye of the universe,
Like an atom
to my vision,
A microscopic
entity on the planet earth.
I am -- a mass
of cells coagulated,
Flesh and bone,
blood and guts, breathing matter,
Energized for
purposes beyond comprehension --
Micro and macro
worlds -- in semblance of life.
I am -- emotional
soup in a sea of brains --
Good/bad, happy/sad,
seeks perfection,
Controlled by
past movements and unknown fears --
Empathy and serenity,
added flavor.
I am -- advanced
computer technology.
Programmed for
creative thought,
Building, every
building on yesterdays
To create better
tomorrows.
I am -- a television
screen play,
Masked character
dressed in costume,
Portraying who
you'd like me to be,
Instead of who
I am.
I am -- complex,
yet simple,
A unique being
in a mass of humanity,
Searching for
purpose and understanding,
At best as myself.
